Tips For Jumping Higher

If you want to increase the size of your jump then you're going to need to exercise a lot of different muscles. There are lots of exercises that you can do and I'll leave it up to you to decide what exercises to choose, but we're going to look at what muscles and areas of the body you need to workout. It's important to train consistently if you want to maintain your vertical jump because over time your body will become less in shape and therefore your jump will also suffer.

1. You should do some exercises every single day so that you can build up the muscles in your abs. When you're jumping you will need to use your abdominal muscles to power your leap. You will need to make sure that you do exercises every single day and not take any time off.

2. You need to work on your flexibility as well in order to increase the size of your jump. Most people find it surprising that you need to be flexible in order to jump higher, but it's definitely true. Always make sure you stretch your leg muscles and ankles before ever jumping over playing any activities which involves jumping.

3. Believe it or not, but you also need to workout your toes since it's the last body part to leave the ground. If you can strengthen your toe muscles then you will be able to gain an extra inch or toe onto your vertical jump over time.

You will also want to use the Jump Manual which is a complete course on how to increase your vertical jump. You'll be able to download and print out a lot of different charts, graphs, exercises and a whole lot more. You will also receive some 1 on 1 coaching for the first month of your membership and it can also extend longer if you would like more coaching.
